By booking a service or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this refund policy. Any disputes arising from bookings or purchases are subject to the governing laws of Ontario, Canada.

Refund Policy - the basics

At The Creative Caravan®, we value your time, energy, and commitment—and we do our best to deliver unforgettable experiences at every event. To maintain fairness and clarity, the following policy applies to all bookings:

Workshop & Public Event Tickets

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future event.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, as materials and preparation will already be underway.

Private Event Bookings (Parties, Corporate, etc.)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may receive a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you and transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability.

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
